Common questions
How does the free time work?
You add a card today, but nothing is charged during the free period. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing at all. When it ends, the plan renews automatically at the price you chose.
Who's covered once we subscribe?
Your whole church. Anyone you add to the workspace opens prayer circles for free, and your congregation adds prayers and voice notes through a link — no accounts needed. Praying on Sanctum is always free; the plan supports the workspace, storage, and designs, never prayer itself.
How do we cancel?
Anytime, self-serve: your church dashboard's Plan & billing card (or your account page) opens Stripe's secure billing portal, where you can update the card or cancel in two taps. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
What happens to our prayer circles if we cancel?
They stay with the people who made them — nothing is deleted when a plan ends. Circles kept as keepsakes stay forever. The rest get a 15-day grace window, then return to the normal free-circle lifecycle, and hosts are emailed before anything is archived.
