Privacy
Sanctum is trusted with tender things — prayers, and the burdens of people you love. We treat that as sensitive private data. Here is what we do and don’t do with it.
Private by link, never a public feed
Prayer circles, prayers, and burdens are private by link. They are never posted to a public feed, shown to strangers, or indexed by search engines. Only the people you share a link with can open a circle.
We never sell your prayers or train on them
We do not sell, rent, or share your prayers and burdens with advertisers, and we do not use them to train AI models.
Third-party services that process your content
To run the product, some content is processed by trusted third-party providers acting on our behalf:
- AI text(Google Gemini) — when you use “Help me write,” “Polish,” or Scripture lookup, your draft is sent to the AI provider to return suggested wording.
- AI voice (ElevenLabs) — if you choose an AI opening voice, the words to be read aloud are sent to the voice provider to generate audio.
- Hosting & email (Supabase, Resend) — to store prayer circles and send you activity notifications.
- Payments (Stripe) — if you upgrade. We never see or store your card details.
How long we keep things
Free prayer circles are kept for about 30 days, then gently archived (we email you first). Upgrading keeps a circle as a permanent keepsake. You can ask us to delete a circle at any time.
Accounts
Signing in (Google) is optional. It lets you keep and recover your prayer circles across devices. You can create, send, receive, and contribute to circles without an account.
