What Sanctum is — and is not
Sanctum is a gentle way to gather prayer and encouragement for someone you love. It is not prophecy, and it does not replace Scripture, your church, pastoral care, therapy, medical care, or emergency help. If you or someone is in danger, contact local emergency services; in the U.S. you can call or text 988.
Prayer is free; upgrades are for the keepsake
Creating a prayer circle and inviting friends to pray is always free. Paid upgrades only support keepsake features — storage, designs, downloads, and voice audio. We never charge for prayer itself.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you write. You grant us permission only to store and display it to the people you share it with, and to process it through the providers described in our Privacy notice, so the product can function.
Payments & refunds
Payments are handled by Stripe. If something isn’t right with an upgrade, contact us and we’ll make it right.
